Troubleshooting
The handful of things people hit most often.
Re-upload the .ocmod.zip in Extensions → Installer. On OpenCart 3, also run Extensions → Modifications → Refresh, then look again under Extensions → Modules.
Enter a license key in the module’s activation field and save. Free demo: . Paid: the key from your e-mail.
Turn on SEO URLs (friendly URLs) in OpenCart’s settings and save the module once. The full /index.php?route=… connector link always works as a fallback.
Make sure you finished the OAuth sign-in, the module is enabled, and the license is active. Reconnect the connector in your AI client.
Go to Extensions → Modifications, press Refresh, and clear the store cache (Dashboard → the refresh icon, or System → Maintenance).
