AI access to the store

Pick a ready profile or set the access to sections and fields yourself.

Access profiles
About access levels

Pick an access level for each section. Set permissions for single fields with the “Details” button.

Access levels
ViewThe AI sees the data but does not change it.
EditThe AI changes only existing data.
FullThe AI may also add and delete data.
CustomPermissions set in “Details”.
NothingThe AI sees no data.
Deleting records

The “Full” level lets the AI delete a whole record together with its related data.

  • A product: with its texts, photos, prices, reviews and the links to it.
  • A category with subcategories cannot be deleted.

Emptying a field, such as a description, is editing.

Reference listsThe AI automatically sees the reference lists (order and stock statuses, countries, regions, currencies, languages and so on) linked to the fields you have opened.

Required fields stay open so that the AI can create records. The name, model, code or first name cannot be hidden while other fields of the record are open.

How to connect

Advanced settings

Every change has a number, #0000. "Undo" returns the data to how it was before the change and brings deleted records back. Changes are kept for the last 30 days the AI worked.

Prompts for the AI

Ready-made tasks the assistant runs on request. Edit them, switch off or delete what you do not need, add your own. Changes apply to every connected assistant at once.

How the AI uses prompts

Prompt name names the task briefly and precisely, e.g. "Create and edit products" or "Stock analysis". The name should make clear what the prompt is for.

Short description explains when to use the prompt and which tasks it covers, e.g. "To add products and change their descriptions, SEO, images and prices".

The name and the short description reach the AI on every connection. From them the assistant decides whether a prompt matches the user's request.

Prompt is the full text with the steps, rules and the expected result. The assistant loads it only when it sees that the user's task matches the prompt's name and short description, and follows it while doing the task.

Set extra abilities and the confirmations the assistant asks for.

Confirm every changeBefore a change the assistant shows the current and the new data and waits for your confirmation.
Show bulk changes before applying themBefore changing more than one product the assistant shows exactly what will change.
Create products and pages disabledNew products and pages are hidden from the site until you enable them.
Confirm SEO address changesChanging an existing SEO address needs your confirmation. The old link stops working.

Texts and images

Languages the AI works withThe AI writes and changes texts (names, descriptions, meta tags, SEO URLs) only in the ticked languages. It sees the others, for example to translate from them, but does not change them; on new pages they stay empty for you. Languages added to the store later are ticked by themselves.
HTML formattingAllow headings, lists, tables, images and links in descriptions. When off — plain text only.
CSS stylesAllow colours and alignment in descriptions. Needs HTML on.
EmojiAllow emoji in names and texts without limits.
Video in descriptionsAllow YouTube and Vimeo videos that fit the screen width.
Add nofollowAdds rel="nofollow" to links to other sites in descriptions.
Shrink large imagesTo 2000 px wide; smaller images are not scaled. A file is always at most 2 MB.
Allow deleting imagesOn your request the AI deletes only images no page uses. They stay in the trash for 30 days and come back when you undo the change.
Image trashThe trash is empty. Deleted images stay here for 30 days; until then undoing the change restores them.
License statusActive Domains: shop.example.com Owner: shop.example.com Term: no end date

Reset and remove the module

Reset module dataDeletes the logs, the change history with its undo data, connections, e-mails, custom prompts and the image trash. Resets the settings and restores the Safe access profile. The module and the license key stay.
Remove the moduleRemoves the module completely with all its data, its files, short addresses, permissions and its record in Extensions. Images used on the store pages stay.
